• For your security, a camera monitors the access road leading to the estate.
• The house is strictly non-smoking.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Parties, events and organised celebrations are strictly prohibited.
• The house is not air-conditioned. Thanks to its thick 17th-century stone walls and modern thermal insulation, it remains naturally cool during the summer months.
• The outbuildings surrounding the house have not yet been renovated and are therefore not accessible to guests.
• As the property is located in the heart of the vineyards, you may occasionally observe seasonal vineyard activities carried out by local winegrowers, such as harvesting, pruning, trellising, shoot thinning, vine treatments and canopy management. These traditional operations are part of the rhythm of life in the Gaillac wine region and contribute to the authentic character of your stay.
